Observation

Licensor observed an empty wading pool in licensed play yard and licensee confirmed that she does use it with child care children. Licensee reported that she was not aware that the WAC changed to require a filtering system on wading pools. The pool she has does not have a system. Licensee removed pool while licensor was on site.
